15 years ago, our founder faced a dilemma; to mature whisky in bourbon barrels, or to take a gamble and pour everything into red wine barrels. Today, we're leading the charge for red wine barrel matured whisky. But what could’ve been if he never took that gamble? Now, whisky lovers can taste it, with Bourbon Cask #2.
