45ml (1.5 oz) Starward Two-Fold (Gold 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition)
15ml (.5 oz) Lemon juice
15ml (.5 oz) Simple syrup
70ml (2.5 oz) Soda
60ml (2 oz) Prosecco

Pour all your ingredients into a glass and mix gently until combined. Pop some lightly pressed mint leaves on top or go the classic lemon rind — the choice is yours.
